The Ritual:

CLEANSE: Using dry hands on a dry face, massage a dime-sized amount of Manuka Honey Cleansing Balm into your skin for 30 seconds (or more, if you love a face massage!). Wet your hands to emulsify the balm into a milky consistency. Remove with a soft, damp washcloth, then rinse your face with warm water. Repeat morning and night.

MOISTURIZE: Warm a dime-sized amount of Manuka Honey Whipped Oil in your hands, then massage onto the skin in upward and outward motions.

The Enhanced Ritual:

Get lymph support + a deeper cleanse:

• Place your fingers at the center of your chin. Slide them along your jaw, moving outwards to the ears. Repeat 3 times on each side.
• Place your fingers on either side of your nose, and slide them under the cheekbone, moving outwards to the ears. Repeat 3 times on each side.
• Place your fingers just above your brows and slide them up towards the hairline. Repeat 3 times.
• Place your fingers under the ears and slide them down the neck towards the collarbone. Repeat 3 times on each side.

Lift your features: Massage the Manuka Honey Whipped Oil into your skin in gentle upward motions. Start at the jawline and work your way to the cheeks, finishing on your forehead with an emphasis between brows (lift and hold).
