How to use

The Ritual:

As a bath soak: Add a capful of Alpine Arnica Bath & Body Oil to a warm bath, then soak to relieve muscle aches and tension.

As a body moisturizer: Warm a capful of Alpine Arnica Bath & Body Oil in your palms, then massage onto your body using firm pressure with the palms of your hands. Then place your hands over your nose and mouth and breathe deeply to allow its aromatherapy benefits to relax the mind.

The Enhanced Ritual:

For a tension-relieving shoulder massage:

  1. Warm a generous amount of Alpine Arnica Bath & Body Oil in your hands and press it onto your neck and shoulders.  Raise your arms over your head, then place each hand on the same-side shoulder. Keep your thumbs over your clavicles, and your fingers over your shoulder blades.  Using firm pressure, massage your fingers into your shoulders to relieve stress and tension.
  2. Next, use your thumbs and fingers to press and pinch your shoulders and neck.  Move to the back of your neck, massaging your fingertips with circular movements, working your way up to the base of your skull.
  3. Finally, raise your heads up over your head and shake out your fingers, hands and arms before releasing them down to your sides.

For a forearm and hand massage: Warm a generous amount of Alpine Arnica Bath & Body Oil in your hands and massage into your hands and forearms. Using your thumb, trace the tendons along the wrist, moving from your hand all the way to your elbow. Using your thumb and forefinger, press and pinch along each finger and in between each finger, loosening tension and stiffness. Repeat those steps on the opposite hand.

Maximize Your Results:

Add a capful of Alpine Arnica Bath & Body Oil to a warm bath, and enjoy a long soak to soothe sore muscles and joints. After the bath, apply Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel to any areas of pain or tightness for cooling relief.
