Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include tracking information. You can also track your order on your account page under “Orders”.
Once placed, online orders cannot be cancelled or changed. In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, all online orders are sent to our warehouse for immediate processing. However, you may return orders for a refund.
1. The process is easy! Simply email Customer Care at email@example.com with the reason for your return to get started. Please use the word "Returns" and your Order Number in the Subject Line.
We will be happy to provide you with a complimentary return shipping label. We can also help you find the right product for you!
3. Include your completed Returns Form with your original packing slip and your product in your return package. Affix the complimentary return shipping label to your package, and ship it back to us by bringing it to the carrier on the return label.
4. All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used within 10 business days of our Customer Care department receiving your order. We will notify you once your return has been processed.
At Naturopathica, our goal is to help you find the perfect products for your skin and well-being, so if you are not totally satisfied, you may return any product within 30 days of your purchase, provided that it is at least half full.

Serums, Concentrates & Facial Oils should be applied after cleansing and misting/toning and before moisturizing because oils have a smaller molecular structure than moisturizers, which allows them to penetrate more deeply into the skin. Please note that blending any products with an SPF product will impact the sunscreen’s effectiveness.
Concentrates are fast-absorbing, supercharged serums that contain a higher percentage of active ingredients. Targeted to address a wide range of skin concerns like breakouts, lack of radiance, signs of aging and dryness.
We like using them whenever our skin needs a pick-me-up - after traveling, during breakouts or periods of stress or when the seasons change. They are also great to start apply the week before a before a big event to help your skin look as healthy and radiant as possible. For how long? Use morning and night for 7 days. Once you're finished swap it out for your preferred serum.
All of our products use proven botanicals including organic and natural ingredients, and are never tested on animals. Our organic and natural products are audited and certified by Ecocert, the largest and oldest independent natural and organic cosmetic certification body.
We have deliberately chosen not to limit ourselves to organic raw materials for two reasons. First, we choose to enhance selected formulas with clean cosmeceuticals for professional-grade results. Our Skin and Body Care products feature a period after opening (PAO) symbol on the back of the package label or carton which specifies the length of time during which it is best to use the product after opening. This symbol looks like a can with an open lid and a time such as 6M (6 months) written on the symbol.
Our Skin Care products are best if used within 6 months after opening. Our Body Care products are best if used within 12 months after opening. Our Herbal Remedies are best if used within 3 years of purchase.

We currently offer full body massages, waxing (excluding upper lip), and face treatments. All of our treatments are 2020 safe and adhere to New York’s Phase 4 COVID-19 mandates, including the use of full personal protective equipment for our staff and cloth coverings for patrons’ lower nose and mouth. While our 2020 services are slightly modified due to the COVID-19 safety protocols, our treatments remain as healing, dynamic, and efficacious as ever.

Following guidance from the CDC, WHO, OSHA and the International Spa Association, we’ve taken extreme care to design reopening plans that prioritize the safety of our clients and staff.
- All staff and guests have their temperatures checked with contactless thermometers. Clients with a temperature above 100 degrees will be asked to cancel their appointment free of charge.
- All guests and staff must wear masks while inside the spa.
- The floor is marked to facilitate social distancing of six feet.
- All tools, equipment, and surfaces are sanitized before and after each appointment.
- Therapists and guests wear and PPE at all times.
For the benefit of all clients and professionals, booking appointments at Naturopathica are subject to the following terms:
- You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge 48 hours prior to your appointment.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price for the scheduled service(s).
- Appointments that are booked within the 48-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
- As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking.
- If you are canceling due to COVID exposure, we will waive all cancellation fees and charges.
- Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).
- Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
All guests must fill out intake forms before your visit for health purposes. When you book your appointment, please provide a valid email address for the forms to be sent to. We will not provide services without completed intake forms.
We will work hard to accommodate you if you are running late, but out of respect for all of our clients, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time.
We accept all major credit cards and gift cards purchased for our spas. We do not accept cash. We do not accept Spa Finder Gift Cards.
Yes. According to NY state law, gift cards are valid for five years from the purchase date. To redeem your gift card, you must bring a physical copy of the gift card number. We will not be able to redeem gift cards without this.
Gratuity is not covered in the price of the service. We recommend a 20% gratuity on all services. You may add this to your service fee before or after the treatment.
We work hard to create a peaceful, calming atmosphere for our effective treatments. Therefore, we ask everyone, clients and staff, to speak softly whilst in the spa and turn off or put all electronic devices on silent as they may not be used in the spa.
Anyone over the age of 18 is allowed to receive any of our services. Guests ages 16 – 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older. Guests under 16 years old are only allowed at the Spa Directors discretion and must be accompanied by a guardian in the room during the treatment.
You should arrive 10 to 15-minutes before your treatment to complete the check in process.
When you arrive, we will take your temperature and confirm that you have filled out all intake forms for your service. You will then be guided back to your treatment room by your therapist.
Due to increased safety measures, we no longer allow use of our locker room, showers, or meditation spaces. Therefore, you will be asked to change in your treatment room. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that is easy to change out and into.
Prior to all treatments you will need to remove all jewelry, so we recommend that you leave valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal articles.
Any direction that you can provide to ensure your complete satisfaction is always welcome and encouraged. Don’t be shy about providing feedback during your treatment.
During your second or third trimester our pre-natal massage is the perfect way to relieve stress and discomfort. We do not perform massages on women who are - or suspect they are - in their first trimester of pregnancy.
