Massage a dime-sized amount of Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel into areas of acute pain for instant, cooling relief.

The Enhanced Ritual:

For recent, acute injuries: Arnica and menthol work together to cool the skin and reduce inflammation. Apply our Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel as soon as you experience an acute injury to jumpstart the healing process.

For tired feet: Massage a dime-sized amount of Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel into each foot and ankle to soothe cramping, plantar fasciitis, and swelling.

Maximize Your Results:

Try this soothing, pain-relieving ritual:

  1. Add 1 oz of Sweet Birch & Magnesium Bath Flakes to a warm bath and enjoy a long soak to soothe sore muscles and joints.
  2. After the bath, apply Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel to any areas of pain or tightness for cooling relief.
  3. Need more moisture in your bath? Add 0.5oz of Alpine Arnica Bath & Body Oil to your tub soak, then apply Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel for pain relief and joint relaxation.
