REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist in a luxury spa, specialized certifications a plus
  • State of New York Massage Therapy License with current liability insurance
  • Highly motivated and results-driven

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently provides best-in-class client service
  • Performs treatments and services per Naturopathica’s protocols, product usage recommendations and time allotment
  • Evaluates client to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
  • Advises client on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
  • Meticulous to detail to ensure thorough documentation of client records
  • Consistently reviews product knowledge and treatments protocols
  • Strong ability to sell, upsell and cross-sell spa products and services and build a client book
  • Provides information and feedback to management with the goal of fostering quality and efficiency in providing client services
  • Conducts outreach and referral development to meet sales goals and client scheduling expectations

ECOMMERCE MANAGER

OVERVIEW


Naturopathica was founded on the belief that herbalism, naturopathic medicine, and holistic wellness should be coupled with clean chemistry for deeper beauty. To address concerns, we consider the skin itself, but also understand it as a reflection of the body’s interior health. With our herbal remedies, tinctures, aromatherapies, and highly efficient topical treatments, we improve skin’s function and appearance at a deeper, more efficacious level.

We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our growing, fun, tight-knit team located in Chelsea. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about finding simple solutions to complex challenges and has deep understanding of the digital space. This person will support the eCommerce team in developing and managing our Professional Channel eCommerce site as well as analyzing and optimizing the Direct-to-Consumer experience across all digital marketing channels.

RESPONSIBILITES


Professional Site

  • Oversee the development of the new B2B eCommerce site.
  • Manage and continually optimize the user experience based on customer insights and business requirements.
  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure all Pro customer needs are met.
  • Develop site measurement strategies, regularly reporting to eCommerce and Sales teams.
  • Partner with creative and sales to enhance B2B marketing assets for new product launches and campaigns.
  • Manage email communications to Pro customers.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to manage and track inventory.
  • Site merchandizing including, homepage updates, promotions, content, and setup of new products.
  • Manage customer account settings and setup new accounts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot any customer issues and partner with agency as needed.

DTC Site + Digital Marketing

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data across email, social, and promotional tactics.
  • Recommend segmentation strategies for email campaigns.
  • Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies, including creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports.
  • Recommend, implement, and analyze A/B tests on Naturopathica.com and in email.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or a related field
  • 3+ years-experience in eCommerce, preferably in a B2B role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills through creative solutions; the ability to answer unstructured business questions and work independently to drive projects to conclusion
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce and CRM
  • Active team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Listrak
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
