Auto-Replenish FAQ

Choose your Autoship quantity, then select how regularly you'd like your order to be shipped (every 30, 60 or 90 days) and we will auto-bill your card on file. Skip, edit or cancel your shipments easily, at any time.

First, log into your Naturopathica account. Create an account if you don't have one yet. Then click the "My Account" Icon on the top right of the page. Click "Manage Subscriptions" under your order history, and edit the quantity and frequency as needed.

To cancel your subscription, log into your Naturopathica account and click on “Manage Subscriptions” under “My Account" Icon at the top right corner of the page. Click cancel.

You don't need to have an account to sign up for Autoship. But, creating an account will give you access to your order history and will allow you to manage your Auto-shipments.
