What Clean Means To Us

Everyone’s talking about “clean beauty,” and at Naturopathica it’s who we are, and who we’ve always been. To us, clean beauty means fusing plant extracts and botanicals with scientific ingredients that are skin friendly, planet friendly, and proven to drive real results. Because let’s face it, the only truly sustainable products are the ones you use until the very last drop.

Of course, there are some things Naturopathica will never use. That includes known allergens like parabens, plus ingredients that are harmful to the planet like petrolatum, aka fossil fuel. (No thank you.) And of course, all toxins are treated like wet umbrellas—that is to say, we leave them outside and close the door.

Leveraging the Power of Nature

Our Ultimate Commitment

Every ingredient in a Naturopathica formula actually does something for your wellbeing. And just like we have since the very beginning, we vet all Naturopathica products and manufacturing processes so they’re safe for you and safe for the Earth.

Green Chemistry

Naturopathica was built on the holistic principle that nature contains all the remedies for a balanced wellbeing, and that true wellbeing is achieved by connecting nature back to the body, mind, and spirit. We do it through “green chemistry,” the practice of isolating the best ingredients in nature and amplifying them with scientific innovation, along with high-performance active ingredients like Retinol and Hyaluronic Acid sourced from harm-free vegan methods. In other words, we use the best botanicals—and we combine them with cutting-edge research and regenerative recipes to make these plant extracts work smarter and better for your body.

Meet Our

Sustainable packaging

We strive to use recycled and recyclable packaging whenever we can, and our current packaging is our most sustainable ever. That includes all paper cartons made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper. When plastic tubes are absolutely necessary to protect the product and its ingredients, they’re made from a minimum of 50% post-consumer recycled material. The rest of the time, we package our products in responsibly-produced glass bottles and jars—all of which are entirely recyclable once they’re empty.
