Everyone’s talking about “clean beauty.” At Naturopathica, it’s not a buzzword—it’s who we are, and who we’ve always been. To us, clean beauty means fusing plant extracts and botanicals with scientific ingredients that are skin friendly, planet friendly, and proven to drive real results. (Because let’s face it, the only truly sustainable products are the ones you use until the very last drop.)
How to use
The Ritual:
Apply 2 pumps of Aloe Cleansing Gel to damp hands. (To include the neck and décolleté, use 3). Splash warm water onto the hands to create a cleansing foam. Massage onto your face in circular motions for at least 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with warm (not hot!) water.
The Enhanced Ritual:
To encourage lymphatic drainage as part of your cleansing ritual:
- Place fingers at the center of the chin. Slide them along the jaw, outwards to the ears. Repeat 3 times on each side.
- Place fingers on either side of the nose, and slide under the cheekbone, outwards to the ears. Repeat 3 times on each side.
- Place fingers just above the brows and slide up towards the hairline. Repeat 3 times.
- Place fingers under the ears and slide them down the neck towards the collarbone. Repeat 3 times on each side.
For Maximum Holistic Results:
To purify skin from congestion, makeup residue, and pollution: Use Manuka Honey Cleansing Balm as your first cleanse to break down makeup and sunscreen. Rinse with warm (not hot!) water. Follow with Aloe Vera Cleansing Gel.
To enhance hydration: After cleansing, spray Lavender & Manuka Honey Balancing Mist after cleansing to lock in moisture and “dewify” the skin. Follow with your regular serum and moisturizer.
To enhance product absorption: Exfoliate 1-2 times per week with a gentle lactic acid-based exfoliator, like our Sweet Cherry Brightening Enzyme Peel. This clears dead skin cells, allowing ingredients to absorb deeper and more effectively into the skin.
