How to use

THE RITUAL:

FULL BODY SOAK
Fill your bathtub with warm water (92°-100°). Add one ounce of Sweet Birch & Magnesium Bath Flakes, then swirl with your hands.

TARGET RELIEF
Massage a dime-sized amount of Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel into areas of acute pain for instant, cooling relief.

THE ENHANCED RITUAL:

Get lymph support: To encourage lymphatic flow and a deeper cleanse, dry brush your entire body before your bath and targeted gel relief. Use short, upward motions flowing towards the heart.

MAXIMIZE YOUR RESULTS:

For holistic at-home body care: Exfoliate 1-2 times per week with a gentle scrub, like our Lemongrass Mimosa Body Scrub. This will remove dead skin cells and allow the beneficial ingredients to absorb more deeply into the skin, creating longer-lasting results.

For enhanced hydration: Immediately after bathing, smooth on Alpine Arnica Bath & Body Oil to lock in moisture.

A member of the Sunflower family, Arnica has been used in European folk medicine for centuries. Considered an anti-inflammatory, Arnica is traditionally used for acute muscle soreness and bruising; it can also help release tight joints.
