How to use
The Ritual:
Step 1: Steep 1 tea bag of Schisandra & Chamomile Adaptogenic Stress Tea in 8 oz. of water at 205°F (when the kettle starts to rumble) for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag, let the water cool, then sip and enjoy.
Step 2: Shake the Oat Stress Relief Tincture well, then add 2 full droppers to your tea.
Step 3: Mix one teaspoon of Chamomile Calming Honey into your tea, or more if you’re craving a stronger and sweeter taste.
