How to use
The Ritual:
Shake well before using the Passionflower & Kava Sleep Tincture. Add 2 full droppers to Schisandra & Chamomile Adaptogenic Stress Tea. Because our tinctures use natural herbs and ingredients, natural sediment can occur. To prevent clogging, shake your tincture before using. You can also run the glass under warm water to loosen the formula.
The Enhanced Ritual:
For larger mugs, use 2 teabags for best flavor.
Maximize Your Results:
For a dose of sweet calm, add a spoonful of Chamomile Calming Honey, which includes the soothing benefits of Lavender and Chamomile along with the restorative power of Wildflower Honey.
