How to use

The Ritual:

Shake well before using. Add 2 full droppers to water, tea, or juice.  Because our tinctures use natural herbs and ingredients, natural sediment can occur. To prevent clogging, shake your tincture before using. You can also run the glass under warm water to loosen the formula.

The Enhanced Ritual:

Blend 2 full droppers into fresh fruit smoothies for and added boost of potent botanical benefits.

Maximize Your Results:

Use with any herbal tea to enhance its benefits of mindfulness and wellbeing. (One to try: Spearmint and Gotu Kola Clarifying Tea.) For a dose of sweet calm, add a spoonful of Chamomile Calming Honey, which includes the soothing benefits of Lavender and Chamomile along with the restorative power of Wildflower Honey.
