How to use
The Ritual:
CLEANSE
Using dry hands on a dry face, massage a dime-sized amount of Manuka Honey Cleansing Balm into your skin for 30 seconds (or more, if you love a face massage!). Wet your hands to emulsify the balm into a milky consistency. Remove with a soft, damp washcloth, then rinse your face with warm water. Repeat morning and night.
EXFOLIATE
Apply a nickel-sized amount of Sweet Cherry Brightening Enzyme Peel evenly over your face and neck. Leave on for 3-5 minutes, then remove with a soft damp cloth and rinse thoroughly.
MOISTURIZE
Warm a dime-sized amount of Calendula Essential Hydrating Cream in your hands, then massage onto the skin in upward and outward motions.
The Enhanced Ritual:
Get lymph support + a deeper cleanse:
- Place your fingers at the center of your chin. Slide them along your jaw, moving outwards to the ears. Repeat 3 times on each side.
- Place your fingers on either side of your nose, and slide them under the cheekbone, moving outwards to the ears. Repeat 3 times on each side.
- Place your fingers just above your brows and slide them up towards the hairline. Repeat 3 times.
- Place your fingers under the ears and slide them down the neck towards the collarbone. Repeat 3 times on each side.
Steam out impurities: Use a personal facial steamer or the steam from your shower to open pores before applying your enzyme peel. The steam will also act as a catalyst for a deeper exfoliation.
Lift your features: Massage the Calendula Essential Hydrating Cream into your skin in gentle upward motions. Start at the jawline and work your way to the cheeks, finishing on your forehead with an emphasis between brows (lift and hold).
Maximize Your Results:
For a brightening, energizing home facial: Rinse your face with cool water to soothe the complexion after exfoliation. Then apply a thin layer of White Tea Antioxidant Mask to the face and neck for added hydration and nourishment. Let the mask rest for 10 to 20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
