How to use
The Ritual:
While showering, using the palm of your hand, massage Manuka Honey Shower Body Exfoliator into moist skin in circular motions. To exfoliate your entire body, use 0.5 oz - 1oz. of product. (That’s half a shot glass - a full shot glass.) Either rinse immediately or, for a deeper exfoliation, leave on for 3-5 minutes. After exfoliating, rinse and follow with an application of Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion.
The Enhanced Ritual:
To best lock in moisture: Moisturizers best seal hydration when applied to damp skin. Apply Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion immediately after the bath or shower for optimum moisture and a dewy finish.
Maximize Your Results:
An exfoliating, nourishing body treatment: In the shower, massage a generous amount of Manuka Honey Shower Body Exfoliator across your entire body to soften the skin and reveal a healthy glow. Immediately after showering, apply Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion to the entire body to hydrate and protect your skin.

It is nearly impossible to get this very thick cream out of the tube. It should be in a jar. I'm going to have to cut the top off and scoop it into a jar in order to use it. Do not recommend unless the packaging is changed.

Last Fall, I was fighting (undiagnosed) atopic dermatitis. I had been struggling with unrelenting itching for years, actually. We had no idea how to calm it. Sleepless nights of itching and misery - years of it! I itched so badly I caused scaring. I saw this company on Today in the Morning and took the chance. I spent the money and made a wish. Oh my word! It was INSTANT RELIEF. So worth the cost! The only bummer is that I’ve been unable to purchase it again since. It is sold out nonstop. I’m discouraged by that because aside from my autoimmune medications, I’ve not experienced such relief since I ran out. I am on the notify list. But, unless I’m missing it…I have not been able to repurchase.
