The queeze container only releases about half.
I cut the sealed end off and access with a popsicle stick and tape up .
The pump container is much better

I have been using this rub for years. This year I have gifted it for Christmas to everyone I know. The smell is fantastic. A small amount goes a long way. With 3 kids in sports someone always has a bruise or muscle issue. Applied a few times and it works wonders.
