How to Prepare a Calming Chamomile Bath

Chamomile was well known to the ancient Greeks, who likened its scent to apples. Its sedative properties have been used for centuries to treat insomnia and anxiety. In this blend, sweet, fresh Roman Chamomile is used for its calming, slightly narcotic qualities. Combined with soothing Lavender, hypnotic Rose, and a touch of refreshing Bergamot, this is your lullaby to dreamland.
