How to use

The Ritual:

Trim your wick to 5mm (about the length of a pencil eraser) before lighting. Keep your candle wax free of any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and always put it out before sleeping or leaving the room.

The Enhanced Ritual:

Enjoy an enhanced aromatherapy experience by performing a breathing ritual with the Meditation Aromatic Alchemy:

  • Inhale for 4 seconds
  • Hold for 4 seconds
  • Exhale for 4 seconds
  • Hold for 4 seconds
  • Repeat for up to 5 cycles.

Maximize Your Results:

For richest scent and to enhance the aromatherapy experience, use in the use in the opposite corner of the room from a Chill Chocolate Vine Reed Diffuser.

    Chill Chocolate Vine Stress Candle

    I like the smell of this candle but it could be a lot stronger. It burns evenly, doesn't smoke, and the glass color is a pretty blue.
