The Ritual:

Add 2 pumps of Lavender Blossom Bath & Body Oil to a warm bath and soak to calm the mind and relax the senses. Lavender Blossom Bath & Body Oil can also be used as a body moisturizer. Warm 2 pumps in your hands, then massage onto your body using firm pressure with the palms of your hands. Then place your hands over the nose and mouth and breathe deeply to allow its aromatherapy benefits to relax the mind.

The Enhanced Ritual:

Tension Relieving Shoulder Massage: Warm a generous amount of Lavender Blossom Bath & Body Oil in your hands and press it onto your neck and shoulders. Raise your arms over your head, then place each hand on the same-side shoulder, with your thumbs over your clavicles and your fingers over your shoulder blades. Using firm pressure, massage circles with your fingers into your shoulders to relieve stress and tension. Use your thumbs and fingers to press and pinch your shoulders and neck. Using your fingertips, massage the back of your neck with circular movements, working your way up to the base of your skull. Raise your heads up over your head and shake out your fingers, hands and arms and release them down to your sides.

Forearm & Hand Massage: Warm a generous amount of Lavender Blossom Bath & Body Oil in your hands and massage into hands, wrists and forearms. Using your thumb, trace the tendons along the wrist, moving from hand to elbow. Use your thumb and first finger to press and pinch along each finger and in between each finger, loosening tension and stiffness. Repeat steps on the opposite hand.
