How to use

The Ritual:

Fill your bathtub with warm water (92°-100°). Add one ounce of bath flakes, then swirl with your hands.

The Enhanced Ritual:

To encourage lymphatic flow and a deeper cleanse: Before your bath, dry brush your entire body in upward motions flowing towards the heart.

Maximize Your Results:

To enhance hydration: Immediately after bathing, smooth onSicilian Bergamot Body Lotion or Alpine Arnica Bath & Body Oil to lock in moisture.

To enhance product absorption: Exfoliate 1-2 times per week with a gentle scrub, like our Lemongrass Mimosa Body Scrub. This will remove dead skin cells and allow the beneficial ingredients to absorb more deeply into the skin, creating longer-lasting results.

    Did not like smell

    The smell of this bath salt is very unpleasant to a point that it almost made me gag. So disappointed to have spent that amount of money and ending up throwing it away.
