How to use
The Ritual:
Blend a nickel-sized amount of Oat Cleansing Facial Polish with a splash of water. Place hands over the nose and mouth. Breathe deeply to allow the benefits of aromatherapy to relax the mind. Using gentle pressure, lightly massage polish onto damp skin in small circles. Start with the face, then move to the neck and décolleté. Remove with a soft, damp washcloth or reusable bamboo pad. Rinse the face thoroughly in warm (not hot!) water.
The Enhanced Ritual:
To help clarify congestion: With fingertips, apply slightly more pressure and focus on areas prone to blackheads and pollution.
For ideal makeup application: Use once daily as a polishing cleanser to ensure a more even, matte-finish skin texture.
To soothe sensitive skin: Apply to skin using a mask brush, or by patting gently onto skin without any massage motions. Let the polish sit for for 10-15 minutes, and remove with a soft, damp washcloth. Rinse thoroughly in warm (not hot!) water.
For deep hydration and exfoliation: Apply a thin layer of Oat Cleansing Facial Polish to the full face. Allow it to dry on the skin, which helps its benefits fully absorb. After product is dry to the touch, use the pads of your fingers to gently brush the Jojoba Beads into the skin in small, slow circular motions. Finish by rinsing off any remaining Oat Cleansing Facial Polish with warm (not hot!) water.
For an in-shower spa experience: Before showering, apply a thin layer of Oat Cleansing Facial Polish to the full face and neck. Let the shower’s steam activate the polish’s ingredients and better nourish the skin. After about 10 minutes, gently rinse the mask off.
For Maximum Holistic Results:
To reduce redness and irritation: Follow with a nourishing, hydrating serum like our Marshmallow & Ceramide Sensitivity Soothing Serum, which comforts and balances the complexion.
To increase hydration: After exfoliating with Oat Cleansing Facial Polish, mask 1-2x per week with a rich antioxidant mask, helping to retain moisture while fighting pollution and skin damage. (We like the White Tea Antioxidant Mask for its restorative, glowing results.)

I'll begin by saying I LOVE this product and formula and have been a dedicated Naturopathica user for many years. With that, I've never felt compelled to write a review, but the new design for the cleansing polish bottle is so terrible! The nozzle gets clogged after just one use, and all of the oatmeal pieces get stuck. The product just seizes up after each use - what a mess! Please bring back the old packaging - it worked just fine!

I really like using this product, it makes my face feel very clean without drying it out.
However, the tube/bottle that you squeeze to get the polish to come out the top lid is not functioning. It got plugged up the second day, I tried to use it. The top of the bottle where the bottle is sealed shut that seam busted open, and now that is how the oat facial cleansing polish comes out of the bottle bottle. It does not come out of the lid without supposed to. It comes out of the broken seam at the top of the bottle.
I really like this product but will not purchase it again until you have a different delivery system for the product. Thank you.
