The Ritual:

STEP 1:Using dry hands on a dry face, massage a dime-sized amount ofManuka Honey Cleansing Balminto your skin for 30 seconds (or more, if you love a face massage!). Wet your hands to emulsify the balm to a milky consistency. Remove with a soft, damp washcloth, then rinse your face with warm water.

STEP 2:ApplyOat Cleansing Facial Polishto gently exfoliate dry skin and impurities while restoring antioxidants and moisture to your complexion. We love this formula because it uses soft Jojoba Beads and soothing Oats to get the job done.

The Enhanced Ritual:

To encourage lymphatic drainage as part of your cleansing ritual:

• Place fingers at the center of the chin. Slide them along the jaw, outwards to the ears. Repeat 3 times on each side
• Place fingers on either side of the nose, and slide under the cheekbone, outwards to the ears. Repeat 3 times on each side.
• Place fingers just above the brows and slide up towards the hairline. Repeat 3 times
• Place fingers under the ears and slide them down the neck towards the collarbone. Repeat 3 times on each side.
