How to Do Facial Massage and Compress

This ritual jumpstarts circulation and lymph flow, thereby reducing puffiness and redness to soothe the skin.

Compress:

Soak a washcloth in warm water, then mist with 2-3 pumps of Lavender Honey Balancing Mist, wring the washcloth out and apply to your face. Inhale deeply.

Massage:

Follow the facial compress by placing two pumps of Carrot Seed Soothing Facial Oil into the palm of your hands, then massage into skin, working the following areas.

Jawline

Using the thumbs under the jawline and index fingers on top of your jaw, slide your fingers firmly along your jawline from your chin to the front of your ears.

Forehead

Using fingertips both hands, smooth the forehead with a firm lifting movement, starting at the eyebrows and finishing at the hairline. Next, using the pads of your fingers, apply small, circular movements beginning between the eyebrows and finishing at the temples.

Eyes

Using both your pinky fingers, alternately tap the delicate skin underneath the inner eye, working outwards towards the temple.
