Restore after a long day with an Evening Salt Soak.
Fill a bath with warm water and pour 1 pound of detoxifying Epsom or Dead Sea Salts into the tub. Add 4 drops of calming Clary Sage Essential Oil and 2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil. Stir the water before getting in to disperse the salts and the oils. Soak for 20–30 minutes.
