Sound Bath Meditation
Do you want to try meditation, but the idea of sitting in silence for an hour doesn't exactly calm your mind? Instead of relying on a mantra or instructor, Sound Baths can provide an easier way to enter a meditative state using the sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, shruti boxes, gong and other resonant instruments.
