How to use
The Ritual:
Warm 1-2 pumps of Sicilian Bergamot Body Lotion in your hands. Using firm pressure with the palms of your hands, massage into skin in circular motions. Apply morning and night to areas of dryness and dehydration. After allowing lotion to fully absorb, place your hands over your nose and mouth, breathing deeply to allow the benefits of aromatherapy to relax the mind.
The Enhanced Ritual:
For a forearm and hand massage: Warm 1 pump of Sicilian Bergamot Body Lotion into your hands and massage into your hands and forearms. Using your thumb, trace the tendons along the wrist, moving from your hand all the way to your elbow. Using your thumb and forefinger, press and pinch along each finger and in between each finger, loosening tension and stiffness. Repeat those steps on the opposite hand.
To better seal moisture for longer-lasting benefits: Moisturizers lock in the most hydration when applied to damp skin. For best results, apply Sicilian Bergamot Body Lotion, just after bathing or showering.
Maximize Your Results:
For a soothing, moisturizing bath ritual: Add 0.5 oz of Lavender Blossom Bath & Body Oil to a warm bath and enjoy a long soak to relax the body and mind. After the bath, apply Sicilian Bergamot Body Lotion to your entire body to lock in moisture.
For an exfoliating, nourishing body treatment: In the shower, massage a generous amount of Lemongrass Mimosa Body Scrub to your entire body, softening the skin and revealing a healthy glow. After showering, apply Sicilian Bergamot Body Lotion to damp skin for extra hydration and smoothness.
