Regional Account Executive, Sales & Education, North West Territory

We are seeking a Regional Account Executive (RAE) in the Northwestern United States, who will be responsible for overseeing existing and prospective accounts, primarily in the spa industry, and to drive growth of Naturopathica business. The RAE will represent Naturopathica’s brand, adhere to the company’s practices, and build lasting relationships with our partners. In addition to account management, the role includes product and protocol training as necessary, and the creation of sales and promotional plans to ensure account growth. This role will be based in the Northwestern United States. Opportunity for growth within the business.

    Business Development & Strategy:
    • Prospect and open new accounts according to established Naturopathica procedures.
    • Build and maintain relationships with the existing and new spa partners in the Northwestern U.S. region.
    • Travel to key accounts regularly, working closely to identify areas of improvement and opportunities.
    • Collect and communicate all relative data and pertinent information from spa partners, entering all relevant information into our CRM database.
    • Proactively implement and support execution of strategic sales and marketing plans, seasonal marketing calendar, maximizing all promotional and sales opportunities.
    • Ensure the effective use of marketing materials and monitor merchandising tools such as samples, testers and collateral.
    • Meet or exceed territory sales goals for new account acquisition and existing business volume goals.
    • Ensure customers’ orders are entered, processed and fulfilled to their satisfaction.
    • Prepare and communicate promotional information and marketing programs to spa partners
    Training & Education:
    • Evaluate, train and develop key accounts and prospects.
    • Conduct PowerPoint Presentations and webinar trainings for seminars, events and meetings that address both small and large audiences.
    • Assist in development of menus, protocols and training collateral as needed.
    • Manage, coordinate and provide support for product and technical education projects, ensuring proper protocols are followed at spa partner’s facility.  
    • Prepare and participate in regularly scheduled web trainings and teleconference meetings.
    Experience and Requirements:
    • Record of success with exceptional leadership, relationship building and execution of sales and marketing goals.
    • Ability to plan and implement sales campaigns, impactful spa events and effective promotions.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Flexible, innovative and self-motivated.
    • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner.
    • Strong computer skills in MS Office.
    • Professional esthetics or dual licensed (esthetics/massage) preferred.
    • Travel required – 50-75% w/ overnights.

    Retail Specialist, Naturopathica Chelsea

    We are seeking an energetic, focused, and inspired retail specialist to join the team at Naturopathica Chelsea, our new flagship spa and retail door in NYC. This features a uniquely branded retail environment which showcases the entire Naturopathica product line, 6 treatment rooms, Meditation Lounge, Vitality Bar and Remedy Bar. The ideal candidate is a sales specialist who is passionate about people, skin care, and herbal remedies who will share our mission to create a unique experience for all clients through exemplary customer service. Applicants must be persuasive, articulate and willing to invest time to become truly expert in Naturopathica products and services. The position offers great opportunity for long term career development within the Company.

    • Greet, engage, and educate clientele on holistic skin care and herbal remedies
    • Meet or exceed retail sales goals
    • Ensure merchandising and operational standards are upheld
    • Build brand loyalty through great customer service
    • Maintain an active knowledge of all operational systems, products, treatments, and brand developments
    • Greet spa guests, book appointments, check guests in/out and provide warm, courteous customer service
    • Assist in planning and execution of in-store events
    • Assist Vitality Bar and Remedy Bar as needed
    • Responsible for maintenance of spa standards: treatment rooms, meditation room, consultation room, guest bathroom and dressing rooms
    • Attend training sessions as deemed necessary by the Manager
    Experience and Requirements:
    • Proven ability to achieve sales goals, with 2+ years of experience in luxury skin care, herbal remedies, or wellness retail environment  
    • Demonstrable capability to manage customer expectations and build loyalty
    • Ability to communicate effectively and present information to customers and colleagues 
    • Take initiative to present and sell merchandise in a professional manner through product demonstration while focusing on the features and benefits of the product line
    • Esthetics background a plus
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to anticipate and solve problems and work with minimal supervision
    • Exceptional ability to develop relationships, solve problems, use good judgment and influence customers/co-workers
    • Available to work a flexible schedule, which may include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
    • Present a professional image consistent with Naturopathica brand
