Ecommerce Associate

We are seeking an Ecommerce Associate to join our dynamic team. The individual in this role will be responsible for collecting and analyzing consumer behavior and sales data to better inform our business strategies and website optimizations. In addition, this candidate will also manage digital content updates across multiple platforms and execute marketing emails.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who is motivated by leveraging data to shape meaningful initiatives that increase sales. This individual will serve as a liaison between the ecommerce and marketing teams. As such, the ability to organize and effectively communicate relevant information is a must.

  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports that track customer behavior and trends in email engagement, web traffic, acquisition and conversion to empower and enable the Ecommerce Director and marketing team
  • Gather and analyze data in order to identify key business opportunities and priorities
  • Execute flawless, on-time email sends through our ESP, Listrak.
  • Work within our CMS to update webpage content. (Note: The ideal candidate will be able to handle basic levels of technical production such as minor fixes in html, basic Photoshop work, web graphics etc.)
  • Manage updates to our Amazon seller account, including advertisement optimizations and account performance within the platform
  • Support additional aspects of the Naturopathica ecommerce marketing strategy, including digital marketing campaigns, direct sales support etc.
Experience and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1– 3 years of ecommerce or digital consumer insights experience, or experience in a highly relevant field such as digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Strong ability to take data, identify key areas of opportunity and communicate learnings effectively to Director of Ecommerce and the marketing team
  • Proficient in Excel and report writing
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment
  • Self-motivated, problem-solver, results oriented and delivers on deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central preferred but not required
  • A personal interest in wellness
