Position: Vice President of Spa Sales



JOB SUMMARY: 
We have ambitious goals for the future and are seeking to grow our talented team. We are seeking a Vice President of Spa Sales who will be responsible for increasing the top and bottom line revenue stream of the brand by driving sales within the spa channel. They will lead the development and evolution of the sales team and work closely with the senior management team with respect to strategy, brand positioning, education and increasing market penetration. They will work with spas to inform their regional strategies and promotional plans, all while developing market intelligence with the mission of strengthening the brand relationship in our spa community. The VP of spa sales will work with the Chief Financial Officer to develop a business forecast and plan, as well as in identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years’ experience leading, managing, training and motivating a sales force
  • Extensive experience in growing sales with both existing products and managing new product launches
  • Applicable experience in sales/business development within the wellness, beauty/cosmetics, and/or health sectors
  • Strong business acumen and profit and loss experience in a competitive sales industry
  • Detailed reporting and metric tracking capability for corporate sales meetings
  • Create and execute impactful spa events and promotions
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze the competition and changes to the marketplace, and to take actions to meet oncoming threats to the company’s position in the market
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a remote sales team with a clear ability to make decisions collaboratively but with conviction
  • Ability to work and thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial company
  • Extensive travel will be required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking, analytical and problem solving capability
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook and MS-Office is necessary – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SalesForce
  • An undergraduate degree is required. An advanced degree in a business discipline is a plus.
Leadership: The VP of Spa Sales is expected to direct/lead the entire sales team, and make key decisions and recommendations regarding business strategy and implementation. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer, and will be working in collaboration with the senior management team (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO).

Position: Educational Trainer, New York



JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a qualified and ambitious dual licensed (esthetics/massage) therapists to support Regional Account Executives on the East Coast and drive growth of the Naturopathica business. The Training Educator will represent the Naturopathica brand, adhere to the company’s practices, and assist in building lasting relationships with our partners. The role includes on-site execution of product and protocol trainings. Opportunities for growth are available within the business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training and Education:
  • Work closely with Regional Account Executives to support accounts
  • Work closely with VP Sales & Education to evaluate, train and develop key accounts and prospects
  • Attend trainings by the VP Sales & Education to ensure continual updates
  • Conduct PowerPoint Presentations and webinar trainings for small and large audiences
  • Assist in implementing protocols for Spa Partner menus
  • Visit partners within the region assigned and execute standardized procedures ensuring proper protocols are followed at spa partner’s facility
  • Prepare and participate in quarterly scheduled web trainings and teleconference meetings

The RAE will work with Spa Partners and prospects to identify new business opportunities, inform their regional strategies, develop market intelligence and plan promotions with the vision and mission to strengthen the Naturopathica relationships in our community. The RAE must be a licensed esthetician. Dual licensed in esthetics and massage is preferred. This role will be based at the New York City and will cover NY and surrounding states. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Strategy:
  • Prospect and open new accounts according to established and prescribed Naturopathica procedures
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing spa partners
  • Travel to key accounts in the New York City and surrounding regions regularly
  • Work closely with accounts to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure the effective use of marketing materials and monitor merchandising tools such as samples, testers and collateral
  • Develop and submit quarterly strategic plans and monthly tactical plans, including a monthly sales expense budget that correlates to regional visits planned in the month/quarter
  • Actualize monthly expenses against planned expenditures
Sales:
  • Develop quarterly targets in conjunction with CEO and COO
  • Meet or exceed territory sales goals for new account acquisition
  • Manage and maintain excellent business relationships with existing spa partners
  • Collect and communicate all relative data and pertinent information from spa partners, entering all relevant information into our CRM database (salesforce.com)
  • Ensure your customers’ orders are entered, processed and fulfilled to their satisfaction
  • Proactively implement and support strategic sales and marketing plans, maximizing all promotional and sales opportunities

Position: Digital Marketing Associate



JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a qualified and ambitious Digital Marketing Associate to support the Digital & Direct Team. Opportunity provides hands-on digital experience in a growing company, with a young, collaborative team.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze digital campaigns, write reports and make recommendations
  • Execute on time email sends through our ESP, Listrak
  • Work within our CMS to update webpages
  • Assist in the design & production of layouts for digital marketing efforts such as web ads, social media, landing pages and email newsletters
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing field (Marketing Communications, Analytics, Digital Media, Ecommerce) or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with data analysis, report writing
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Experience working with social media (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Knowledge of basic HTML & CSS preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
