Ecommerce Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Marketing Associate with an analytical mindset to join our ecommerce team. The role will entail collecting and analyzing customer & sales data, developing digital ad campaigns, managing content updates across multiple platforms and executing on-time marketing emails.

We’re looking for a well-rounded individual who is eager to jump in and learn the ropes. A detail-oriented fast learner who can take a project and run with it. We are a small organization- we get our hands dirty, have high expectations and each person has ownership over their area of the business. We are growing quickly and want people who can grow and change with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage & optimize ad campaigns through Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Execute flawless, on-time email sends through our ESP, Listrak
  • Work within our CMS to update and create webpage content (Note: the ideal candidate will be able to handle basic levels of technical production such as minor fixes in html, basic Photoshop work, web graphics, etc.)
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports that track trends within email engagement, web traffic, acquisition and conversion to empower and enable the Marketing team
  • Support additional aspects of Naturopathica’s ecommerce marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, direct sales support, etc.
Experience and Requirements:
  • 1 - 2 years of digital marketing or ecommerce experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing field
  • Experience running paid ad campaigns (search, affiliate, display ads) through Google AdWords, Google Analytics and/or other marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment
  • Self-motivated, problem-solver, results oriented and delivers on deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Technical knowledge of basic HTML & CSS preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a plus, but not required
  • Have a personal interest in wellness and strive to support the well-being of our community

Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate–an enthusiastic, approachable and highly motivated problem solver to be our first point of contact for our customer and help enhance all aspects of the customer experience.

We’re looking for a well-rounded individual who is eager to jump in and learn the ropes. A detail-oriented fast learner who can take a project and run with it. We are a small organization- we get our hands dirty, have high expectations and each person has ownership over their area of the business. We are growing quickly and want people who can grow and change with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and provide above-and-beyond customer service and experience through phone, email and social media channels
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and complaints, investigate why they happened and find a solution
  • Be an expert on our products and serve as a resource of product knowledge to customers
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer–offer insight to the business to help build a better product
  • Suggest improvements to company processes (website, FAQs, UI/UX, back office procedures, etc.)
  • Perform additional duties as required
Experience and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably for an ecommerce company
  • A true people person–helping others is part of your DNA
  • A good sense of humor
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be a passionate problem solver
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
  • Interested in becoming a subject matter specialist in wellness, holistic skin & body care & herbal remedies
  • Tech savy–must have the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously to respond to customer inquiries
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment
