Recipe for Soothing DIY Tonic

This soothing tonic contains a blend of herbs that are well known for their tranquilizing effect to ease stress and tension. Kava Kava Root and Skullcap are both sedative herbs that renew the central nervous system.
1 cup purified water
½ teaspoon dried Peppermint Leaves
½ teaspoon dried German Chamomile
1½ teaspoons dried Skullcap Leaves
20 drops St. John’s Wort Tincture
20 drops Kava Kava Tincture
Bring water to a boil and pour over Peppermint, Chamomile and Skullcap.
Steep for 5 minutes.
Strain and add 20 drops of each St. John’s Wort and Kava Kava and stir.
Drink twice a day.
