Drink this tea before bed to promote peaceful, uninterrupted sleep.
1 cup purified water
½ tsp. dried Lemon Balm Leaves
½ tsp. dried Chamomile Leaves
½ tsp. dried Linden Blossom Flowers
15–30 drops Valerian Tincture (optional)
Bring water to a boil and pour over herbs. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain and serve immediately. For increased effect, add 15-30 drops of Valerian Tincture.
