Yogi Tea

Sized yogitea

The warming properties of this Yogi tea will help to flush out symptoms of a cold.

1 teaspoon whole Cardamom Seeds
1 tablespoon whole dried Clove
1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground Ginger
Pinch of ground Black Pepper
2 cups hot water

Add all ingredients into a French press. Add 2 cups of hot water and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and serve in your favorite ceramic cup or bowl, creating the perfect interlude to regain your equilibrium.
