Green Juice Recharge

Combine in a blender and puree until smooth:

¼ cup mixed frozen Berries
¼ Avocado
½ packed Kale Leaves, roughly chopped
½ cup Blueberry, Pomegranate or Cherry Juice
¼ cup Coconut Water
½ cup Almond or Rice Milk
1 teaspoon fresh Ginger Root, minced
½ tablespoon Flax Meal
½ teaspoon Flax Oil
