Aromatherapy is an effective way to replenish your spirits. Burning incense or resinous essential oil beads like Copal, Sandalwood, or Myrrh can easily be done by lighting a small amount in an incense holder or ashtray. You can diffuse essential oils into the air with a humidifier or place 4–5 drops in an aromatherapy candle diffuser.

To create different moods with essential oils, try the following:
  • To invigorate and energize: Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Cardamom
  • To ground and calm the mind: Vetivert, Sandalwood, Chamomile, Pine
  • To relieve depression: Bergamot, Mandarin, Lemon Verbena
  • To ease anxiety: Rose Maroc, Lavender, Marjoram
