Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) via FedEx and US Postal Service (USPS). All ground product orders require 1–3 business days to process and up to 5–7 business days to arrive. All expedited orders require 1 business day to process and will then be shipped through the method of your choice. At Naturopathica, we stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your Naturopathica.com order. If you received a product that was damaged in transit, or if you experience an allergic reaction or are unhappy with your products, you may return or exchange orders made within the last 30 days (from purchase date), provided that no more than 50% of the product has been used. We regret that shipping costs are not refundable.

Please Note: Only items purchased on naturopathica.com may be returned to us for refund or exchange. Naturopathica products purchased from other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase. All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used, within 10–12 business days of our Returns department receiving your order. Please download, complete and include our Returns and Exchanges form in your return package.

Once placed, online orders cannot be cancelled or changed. In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, all online orders are sent to our warehouse for immediate processing. However, you may return orders for a refund.

In what order do you apply the products?
As a general guideline, we recommend applying products in the following order:
    1. Cleanser
    2. Mist
    3. Mask
    4. Treatments
    5. Eye and Lip Care
    6. Moisturizer
    7. UV Protection

Do you apply serums and facial oils before or after moisturizing?
Our Serums & Facial Oils should be applied after cleansing and misting and before moisturizing. If you are in a hurry you can add 2–3 drops of our Facial Oils to your moisturizer. Please note that blending any products with an SPF product can impact the sunscreen’s effectiveness.

Are all of your products organic?
The Naturopathica Collection of products includes a grading system to show if they are certified natural and organic, vegan or gluten-free to help you select products based on the results you want. Most of our products use organic, natural and wildcrafted ingredients for the best artisanal beauty solutions, and are never tested on animals. Our Organic and Natural products are audited and certified by Ecocert, the largest and oldest independent natural and organic cosmetic certification body.

We have deliberately chosen not to limit ourselves to organic raw materials for two reasons. First, there is an insufficient supply of organic materials (such as in the case of Indian Sandalwood where unsustainable logging has critically damaged this valuable tree) that leads to higher costs for the consumer. Secondly, we want to use performance ingredients such as Vitamin C that have been clinically proven to be effective in skin care and by their very nature cannot be extracted organically.
At NATUROPATHICA, we never use ingredients that are known to promote chronic inflammation, so your skin can focus on looking younger and feeling healthier. See our list of ingredients we choose & do not use.

What products are gluten free?
We have a number of products that are gluten-free. You will find a gluten free logo on the product page for each product that is gluten free. 

What products are vegan?
We have a number of products that are vegan. You will find a vegan logo on the product page for each product that is vegan.

How do i pick the best products for me?
We classify our skin care by benefit categories: Hydrate & Protect, Brighten & Revitalize, Smooth & Firm, and Clarify & Rebalance.

What products do you recommend for combination skin?
We classify our skin care by benefit categories: Hydrate & Protect, Brighten & Revitalize, Smooth & Firm, and Clarify & Rebalance. For combination skin we recommend scanning the Clarify & Rebalance benefit category to see which would be best suited to your needs.

What products do you recommend for acne-prone or hormonal skin?
For acne prone skin, we recommend our Clarify & Rebalance products, especially Pumpkin Purifying Enzyme Peel and Moss Blemish Treatment Mask. 

Are your products safe for children to use?
Our products are formulated and intended for adult use only. Please keep out of reach of children.

Where do i find the expiration date on your products?
Our products feature a period after opening (PAO) symbol on the back of the package label or carton which specifies the length of time after opening during which it is best to use the product. This symbol looks like a can with an open lid and a time such as 6M (6 months) written on the symbol.
