JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Position: Regional Account Executive, Sales & Education.
Naturopathica Holistic Health is seeking two qualified and ambitious dual licensed (esthetics/massage) therapists to fill the role of Territory Account Managers in the following regions/territory:
  • Southern California and neighboring states
  • Illinois and surrounding states

JOB SUMMARY:
The Territory Account Manager is responsible for overseeing existing and prospective accounts primarily in the spa industry and to drive growth of Naturopathica business. The TAM will represent Naturopathica’s brand, adhere to the company’s practices, and build lasting relationships with our partners. In addition to account management, the role includes delivery of product and protocol training to as necessary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Strategy:
  • Prospect and open new accounts according to established and prescribed Naturopathica procedures.
  • Build and maintains relationships with the existing and new spa partners.
  • Initiate calls and visits with prospective and existing customers to establish buying cycles, customer needs, and build excellent customer relationships.
  • Travel to key accounts regularly, working closely to identify areas of improvement and opportunities.
  • Ensure the effective use of marketing materials and monitors merchandising tools such as samples, testers and collateral.
  • Develop and submits a monthly sales expense budget that correlates to regional visits planned in the monthly/quarterly sales plan.
Sales:
  • Meet or exceed territory sales goals for new account acquisition
  • Manage and maintain excellent business relationships with existing spa partners
  • Collect and communicate all relative data and pertinent information from spa partners, entering all relevant information into our CRM database
  • Ensure your customers’ orders are entered processed and fulfilled to their satisfaction
  • Proactively implement and support execution of seasonal marketing calendar, maximizing all promotional and sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and communicate promotional information and marketing programs to spa partners
  • Monitor and achieve on a monthly/quarterly basis new and existing business volume goals.
Training & Education:
  • Evaluate, train and develop key accounts and prospects.
  • Conduct PowerPoint Presentations and webinar trainings for seminars, events and meetings that address both small and large audiences.
  • Assist in development of menus, protocols and training collateral as needed.
  • Manage accounts, visiting customers within the region assigned, and executing standardized procedures ensuring proper protocols are followed at spa partner’s facility.  
  • Prepare and participate in regularly scheduled web trainings and teleconference meetings.
  • Initiate calls to existing or prospective clients to determine their educational/training/new product needs.
  • Manage, coordinate and provide support for product and technical education projects as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to perform and demonstrate facial and body protocols. Professional esthetics or MT experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of success with exceptional leadership and relationship building.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively execute sales, training and marketing promotions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexible, innovative and self-motivated.
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office.
  • Travel required – 50-75% w/ overnights.
